Born on 8th August, 1959 in Offa, Kwara State. Engr.
Jani Ibrahim attended the famous and prestigious Kings
College, Lagos from 1972-1976 where he obtained the West African School Examination
in Grade One in 1976. He obtained his Higher School Certificate in 1976 -1978. He was
awarded the British Petroleum (BP) Scholarship in January, 1979 at the Greenwich University, London to study Mechanical Engineering where he graduated with first Class Honors in 1982 where he won the United Kingdom Institution of Mechanical Engineers prize for
best project.
After graduating, Engr. Ibrahim worked with BP Oil Refinery Limited Llandarcy
South Wales, U.K and Rutson Diesels Limited, Newton-Le-Willows,
Merseyside, U.K. in 1979-1980. He also worked with the BP Chemicals
Limited, Belgrave House, Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1, United
Kingdom and coming back home to Nigeria,
