I love sharing products and materials that were effective from my 34 year career teaching upper grades and blended classes. Large class sizes caused me to design projects and activities where students were independent learners so I could work with small groups and differentiate. My materials are fun yet rigorous. You won't find mindless teaching materials here! I LOVE teaching math and integrate reading and writing as much as possible. When students have choices they have fun and eagerly work hard and rise to your expectations. The best part for you . . . when students are actively engaged and take charge of their learning, you spend less time on behavior management and more time teaching! Students will tell you I see math in everything. Besides many years in 4th grade, I also taught middle school math, 4/5, 5/6, 1st grade, high school at-risk computers, and served as our district's K-12 Academic Achievement Specialist.
