               Lucie Arnaz has done everything. She’s taught master classes, starred on TV, had her own radio program, given concerts, starred in films, and starred on Broadway. And Arnaz, clearly an entertainment veteran, isn’t done yet. She has a one-night only concert in Pittsburgh coming up on Monday night, November 13 at the Trust Cabaret.

               Arnaz’s career began as a teenager when she co-starred for six years with her mother, Lucille Ball, and brother, Desi Arnaz Jr., on her mother’s TV show  Here’s Lucy. Desiderio Alberto Arnaz IV (born January 19, 1953), better known as Desi Arnaz Jr., is an American retired actor and musician. He is the son of Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz.

Early life

Arnaz was born on January 19, 1953, at Cedars of Lebanon Hospital in Los Angeles.[1] His older sister is actress Lucie Arnaz, who was born in 1951.

His birth was one of the most publicized in television history. His parents were the stars of the television sitcomI Love Lucy, and Ball's pregnancy was part of the story line, which was considered daring in 1952. The same day Ball gave birth to Desi Jr., the fictional Lucy Ricardo gave birth to "Little Ricky". As a testament to how interested the American public was in Lucy's TV baby, Arnaz appeared on the cover of the first issue of TV Guide with the headline "Lucy's $50,000,000 baby", ($570,000,000 in 2023 dollars)[2] because revenue from advertising tie-ins was expected to top that amount.[3] Actor Richard Keith (a.k.a. Lucie Désirée Arnaz (born July 17, 1951) is an American actress and singer.[1] She is the daughter of actors Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz, and the older sister of actor and musician Desi Arnaz, Jr.

Early life

Arnaz was born at Cedars of Lebanon Hospital in Los Angeles, California,[2] the daughter of actors Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz, and is the sister of actor Desi Arnaz Jr.[3][4][5][6] She lived for a few years in New York City from the age of 10, and attended St. Vincent Ferrer School, along with her brother, and later attended the Roman Catholic Immaculate Heart High School in Los Angeles.[7]

Television

Having had walk-on roles on her mother's previous television series The Lucy Show, Arnaz made her acting debut in a major role in the series Here's Lucy from 1968 to 1974. She played Kim Carter, the daughter of the eponymous Lucy, her mother.[8]
